In my weekly meditation group, we are lead through a wonderful Mother Earth connection/visualization. See a crystalline ball of Divine light above your crown, breathe in the light & bring it down into your heart, see it spreading out its rays and fanning out down around your base & feeding Mother Earth, giving back to her, supporting her, loving her with the Light, Love & Energy of the Divine and our own hearts. It's wonderful to do alone and amazing to do as a group! We are inside this time of year. When there is a full moon shining through the skylight, it's even better! When it's warmer, we'll go outside and stand in the grass.

This has helped me gain the importance of our connection to Mother EArth, the Planet and our own Divinity.

How Beautiful Olivia!!! I will definitely try it.It's wonderful that your group is sending loving healing to the earth.
My friend and I have Pranic Healing Meditation Group and as other pranic groups we get together once a week.We use "The Meditation Of The Twin Heart" that is a meditation for planetary service to the world and it is non-profit.We bless the entire earth, people countries or situations using St. Francis of Assis Prayer "Instrument Of Your Peace".
After the meditation, I have a wondeful feeling of love and divine oneness.

Caring for the Planet starts off by having a deep connection to Mother Earth.A great way to bond with our beautiful planet is to meditate under tree.Place your back to a tree and close your eyes for a few minutes. It is incredibly healing as you feel the powerful energy of the tree, ground and energise your body. Now just think if one tree has this power how much much power is generated by our rainforests with thousands of trees breathing out oxygen into our earth's atmosphere.Without trees our atmosphere will become toxic!Let'start off by preserving and healing our beautiful earth.

Where do you live Hantawi? Can you meditate under a tree right now? I would be uncomfortable doing that, but as soon as the weather gets better I will. I know just the tree too! But I'm still wearing like three layers IN the house. Where is a good place to mediate inside? I can't wait for spring, this year more than ever it seems, and really like your image of connecting with the Earth. I am ready!!!

Hi Alice,I live in Greece and it's about twenty degrees. So it's quite warm.Well since you live in Paris and I will be visitng Paris next-weekend(thanks for the warning) you can send healing to the earth by being inside.Imagine the world as if it is a small ball in front of you, close your eyes and ask for divine guidance, protection and healing and raise your arms palms facing out at chest level .Ask for divine light to flow through you crown center down your arms and out towards the earth.Bless the entire earth, everyone and everything or to certain issues that may concern you.You will feel a down pour of energy! When you feel that it's enough ,tank the divine and shake out your body and do a few jumping jacks. This helps release excess energy and keep you grounded.

Olivia and Hantawi,
Thank you for sharing -- all so beautiful and inspiring! I agree that there is something extraordinary when meditating with a group.
I also use the elements as a meditation technique when I get severe migraines-or am just stressed! To clear the blockage, I put my feet in a bowl of lukewarm water for 15-20 minutes while I meditate. I light a candle. In this simple way, I incorporate the elements - salt water (Earth), candle (fire) and air. I also ask for the light to flow through the crown center, down and out through my feet. Blessings abound and I sleep so well, relaxed and heachache free.
