asparagusThis seven minute podcast is a continuation of our interview with Paula Butturini on "Keeping the Feast".  It covers clam sauce made with a touch of Vermouth, asparagus steamed with lettuce... our mouths were watering for a few more questions after the interview was over.

Paula shares with us the secrets of perfectly steamed aspargus, as well as her thoughts on real food and how food is introduced to children in Italy.

We are hoping for a cookbook as her next project!
